Qualworx is a User Driven Database

YOU DON'T have to be a programmer to add applications to your Qualworx System!

Qualworx includes predefined templates to facilitate database design.

YOU CAN;

  • add new applications as you need them
  • name the fields according to your terminology
  • add fields to existing applications as you determine they are needed
  • set fields as required/mandatory
  • set field validation specific to each application or share validation across applications for common fields.

If you don't want to create your own applications, we can provide that service for you and work with you as a consultant to help you design applications that meet the needs of your organization.

These reports return results in a standard format but YOU have the ability to select the fields you want to analyze AND filter the report criteria however you choose.

Query Reports

Query Reports allow the user to view data on a record by record basis. YOU select which fields you want to see as columns in your report. YOU select the criteria that you want to see the records for.

Matrix Reports

You can run virtually ANYTHING by ANYTHING in these Cross tab reports. And once again it can all be defined by YOU.

 

Qualworx has scanning capability.

This is especially useful whenever forms need to be completed locally or remotely where access to a computer may not be possible.

The scanning option allows you to create scan forms which match your system applications, have staff throughout the hospital and even patients complete the form, REDUCING hours of time doing data entry, you can just SIMPLY scan the forms in and IMPORT data directly into your Qualworx database!
